About GPA Chapter Organizations

GPA's chapter organizations have been instrumental in the efforts of GPA to serve the light hydrocarbons industry.

Chapter activities are an excellent way to learn what GPA can offer and begin participation at a different GPA level. Both chapter activities and GPA committee work are important to the industry as it makes sense that they "feed" off of each other. Those individuals that participate in both areas (not necessarily at the same time) truly have a strong sense of how the industry works.

Chapter Membership

Individual chapters set the specific details about cost and types of memberships offered. Individual fees stay at minimum cost so as not to deter someone from joining: the goal is not to help finances with membership dues, but to increase participation in chapter activities.

  • All chapters offer individual membership with their annual dues being in the $15 - $25 range.
  • To enhance the benefit vs. cost of being a chapter member, some chapters offer corporate memberships as well. Examples are:
    • $200 for a maximum of 60 individuals
    • $250 for unlimited members

Locate the chapter location closest to you to learn more about joining.
